Wilson Memorial Hospital
As an independent, community hospital located in Sidney, Ohio, Wilson Health's - Wilson Memorial Hospital serves a geographic area encompassing towns in primarily Shelby County but also communities in Miami, Auglaize, Logan, and Darke counties. The hospital is accredited by the Healthcare Facility Accreditation Program (HFAP) and strives to provide high standards of care for outpatients, inpatients, and those served in business and industry.
Every three years nonprofit hospitals conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to obtain information to successfully produce change that is beneficial in making the community healthier. During this assessment, part of this process involves soliciting community input to collect primary and secondary data. Executive Leadership
Wilson Health operates under the leadership of a volunteer Board of Trustees, consisting of community leaders and executive professionals.
Wilson Health is a tobacco-free campus. The policy prohibits employees, medical staff, patients and visitors from using any tobacco products anywhere in the buildings or on the grounds of Wilson Health-owned properties, including sidewalks, walkways, driveways and parking lots.
