Michael Magalnick, DO
Dr. Magalnick is board-certified in general pediatrics and brings experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric medical conditions, as well as preventative care. Dr. Magalnick will see and treat patients in the areas of wellness, behavioral health and acute conditions. 

Prior to joining Wilson Health, Dr. Magalnick practiced in Phoenix, Arizona at Pediatrix where he was a partner physician and key in creating a thriving personal practice, as well as providing comprehensive pediatric care. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Magalnick received his doctorate of osteopathic medicine (DO) from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. He is PALS and BLS certified.

Dr. Magalnick enjoys mentoring students from surrounding universities and enjoys volunteering in the community. He has served as Physician Coordinator for the Make-A-Wish Foundation since 2013.

Mary Saleh, MD
Dr. Saleh is board-certified in general pediatrics and neonatology. In addition, she has specialized training in pediatric critical care medicine. She brings over 25 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric medical conditions, as well as preventative care. Dr. Saleh will see and treat patients in the areas of wellness, behavioral health and acute conditions.

Prior to joining Wilson Health, Dr. Saleh practiced in Connersville, Indiana at Fayette Regional Health System where she provided comprehensive pediatric care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. She is fellowship-trained in neonatal medicine from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Lincoln Medical Center/Weill Cornell Medical School in New York, New York. Dr. Saleh received her medical degree from Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt. She is a member of the American Medical Association and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Chandulal Ghodasara, MD
Dr. Ghodasara has been caring for pediatric patients since 1993. He was the very first pediatrician to join Wilson Health Medical Group. Dr. Ghodasara specializes in general pediatrics. He resides in the Sidney community and has two adult children as well as two grandchildren.

Abby Fischer, CPNP
Abigail (Abby) Fischer, certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP), works in collaborative effort with Drs. Magalnick and Saleh, seeing and treating patients of the practice. 

As a CPNP, Abby is an experienced registered nurse (RN) who has additional education and training in the specialty area of pediatrics. With her advanced training, she can assume most of the diagnostic and treatment responsibilities traditionally reserved only for physicians.

Fischer received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Wright State University College of Nursing and Health. While obtaining experience as a registered nurse at the Children’s Medical Center in Dayton, Fischer completed her Master of Science - Child and Adolescent Health Degree from Wright State University.

Fischer has been named a clinical expert in the pediatric areas of acute care, cardiology, and intensive care by the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She worked for Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus for seven years prior to joining Wilson Health Medical Group in 2011.

Lynsie O'Dell, CPNP
Lynsie O'Dell, certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP), works in collaborative effort with Drs. Magalnick and Saleh, seeing and treating patients of the practice. 

Originally from the Arcanum area, Lynsie attended Vanderbilt University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. in her words, “I’ve always loved working with kids and enjoy being able to care for and interact with the pediatric population, while also empowering parents through education.”

With her advanced training, Lynsie can assume most of the diagnostic and treatment responsibilities traditionally reserved only for physicians.

Lynsie and her husband, Grant, are expecting their first child this Fall. They currently reside in the Troy area with their two dogs.
