Community Health Needs Assessment

Every three years nonprofit hospitals conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to obtain information to successfully produce change that is beneficial in making the community healthier. During this assessment, part of this process involves soliciting community input to collect primary and secondary data. All of these results are combined together to identify the top health or health-related issues for our region. 

Improving the health of our community is at the heart of the Wilson Health mission. Through our CHNA process, Wilson Health identifies the greatest health needs in our community, enabling us to ensure our resources are appropriately directed toward outreach, prevention, education and wellness opportunities where the greatest impact can be realized. Click on the links below to view our CHNA assessment and plans:
