Wilson Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Banion as Chief Financial Officer.

Banion, who has been serving as interim CFO at Wilson Health, brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance, operations, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has led financial strategy, operational improvement initiatives, organizational growth, and culture development across a range of healthcare organizations.

“Kevin brings deep financial expertise, strong operational leadership, and a thoughtful approach to supporting both people and performance,” said Alex Pohlman, President & CEO of Wilson Health. “His experience and leadership will help strengthen our organization as we continue advancing our mission to improve the health and wellness of our communities by delivering compassionate, quality care.”

Banion previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Medical, a national healthcare services organization specializing in pharmacy benefit management and ancillary healthcare solutions. In that role, he helped guide the company’s growth, operational excellence, and employee-focused culture.

Most recently, Banion served as Chief Administrative Officer for Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio, where he provided financial leadership and strategic guidance for one of the region’s leading orthopedic physician practices. He also previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital in Springfield, Ohio.

In his role as CFO, Banion will oversee Wilson Health’s financial operations and work closely with leadership to support strategic priorities, strengthen long-term financial sustainability, and help advance Wilson Health’s commitment to high-quality care close to home.

“Wilson Health has a strong reputation for compassionate care and community commitment,” said Banion. “I am honored to join the team in this role and look forward to supporting the organization’s continued strength and future growth.”
