New Trustees Appointed for Wilson Health | Wilson Health

Appointed to serve an initial three-year term as Wilson Health’s newest trustees are Tom Milligan, Dr. Robert McDevitt and Jason Stiver.

Tom Milligan is the CEO and owner of Western Ohio Cut Stone, an architectural landscape stone and building quarrier and fabricator with operations in Ohio. Milligan is a 1978 graduate of Sidney High School. He went on to receive his B.A. degree from Ohio Wesleyan University followed by a Masters in International Economic Policy degree from Columbia University in New York. Over the years, Milligan has volunteered his time and served on various boards and community service clubs and organizations. Currently, he serves on the Raise the Roof for the Arts Board of Directors. Milligan is also a member of the Rotary International-Sidney Chapter. He is a 2017 Hall of Honor inductee of Sidney City Schools. This high honor recognizes former Sidney High School graduates for their high performance and achievements throughout the years. Milligan and his wife, Martha, reside in Sidney and have two children, Amanda and Calvin.

Robert McDevitt, MD, is a board certified general surgeon with Shelby County Surgical Associates in Sidney. Dr. McDevitt has been caring for patients in Shelby County and surrounding communities for 30 years. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Wilson Health as well as President of the Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health Department. Dr. McDevitt received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University followed by doctor of medicine degree from University of Cincinnati. He completed his internship and residency with Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati followed by a surgery residency with University of Cincinnati – Department of Surgery. Dr. McDevitt resides in Sidney with his wife, Katherine, and they have three children, Caitlin, Lauren and Elizabeth.  
 

Jason Stiver is vice president of the healthcare division for Ferguson Construction Company. Stiver has been with FCC for 17 years serving in various capacities. He has served as the Holy Angels Catholic School PTO president for the past two years and is a volunteer youth baseball, football and basketball coach for the school’s athletic program. Stiver received his BS in Industrial Management degree from Bowling Green State University with a specialization in Construction Management.  He is married to his wife, Gwen, and they have three children, Annamarie, Ethan and Ian.

The following trustees were re-elected to serve as officers for the 2017 year:

  • Andy Counts, US Bank – Vice-Chair
  • Priscilla Wilt, retired JP Morgan Chase – Treasurer
  • Chuck Edelen, DDS, Midwest Ohio Dental  – Secretary
