The Wilson Health Foundation is pleased to welcome three new members to its Board of Directors: Nikki Loudenback, Greg Yeager, and Kathy Hostetter. These accomplished individuals bring a wealth of professional expertise, leadership, and community passion to the Foundation’s mission of supporting health and wellness in Shelby County and beyond.
In addition, the Foundation extends its heartfelt thanks to two outgoing board members for their years of dedicated service, and pays tribute to a beloved board member who recently passed away and is deeply missed.
New Board Members
Nikki Loudenback brings a strong background in both healthcare and real estate. She worked at Wilson Memorial Hospital/Wilson Health for 26 years before launching a successful real estate career. A licensed agent since 2007, Nikki currently manages the Sidney office of Glasshouse Realty Group LLC. She and her husband Eric have three children, their spouses, and three adorable grandchildren. “I’m excited to be a part of the Wilson Foundation Board,” she shared. “It’s an honor to give back to the organization and community that has meant so much to me.”
Greg Yeager is the Regional Warehouse Manager for Cargill Edible Oils Solutions North America. In this role, he oversees three internal packaging warehouses (excluding Sidney) and manages four external warehouse operations, while dedicating most of his time to the fully automated packaging warehouse at Cargill’s Sidney facility. Greg has worked at Cargill for 29 years, previously holding positions in the Salt Business Unit and at the company’s Minneapolis corporate offices. A Purdue University graduate with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Greg resides in Minster and enjoys yard work, home projects, and cheering on the Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Browns, and Purdue Boilermakers. He and his wife are proud parents of two sons, both recent graduates of Bowling Green State University.
Kathy Hostetter is the President of the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce. With a diverse background in business management, she has worked for organizations including Piedmont Airlines, USAirways, HCR Managed Care, and Park National Bank. A graduate of Edison State Community College with a degree in Business Management, Kathy is a lifelong resident of Piqua. She is an active community leader, serving on various boards and councils such as Grow Piqua Now, the Piqua Improvement Corporation, Mainstreet Piqua, and the Piqua City Schools Business Advisory Council. In her free time, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing by the pool or at the lake when weather permits.
“We are honored to welcome Nikki, Greg, and Kathy to the Wilson Health Foundation Board,” said Jenny Bruns, Executive Director of the Foundation. “Their talents, community commitment, and leadership will be a valuable addition as we continue to support the health needs of our region.”
