Wilson Memorial continues to attract elite level physicians to serve the community. One employee that plays a major role in this process is David Andrick, director of physician recruitment and physician relations. His primary responsibility is the continual development and evaluation of the hospital’s medical staff plan as it pertains to physician recruitment efforts. David was instrumental in the implementation of the Hospitalist program at Wilson Memorial. He also has administrative responsibility over the Wilson Memorial Sports Medicine Program.
Recently, David was elected president of the Ohio Network of Physician Recruiters (ONPR), a state-wide association with a membership of over 80 hospital in-house physician recruiters. The ONPR is sanctioned by and through the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA). The mission of the organization is to provide a resource to promote interest and cooperative action among physician services professionals throughout Ohio. David will serve a one year presidency term. During his term the ONPR will host an Educational Forum in March and their Annual Meeting in October.
