"My partner was a patient in CCU for 9 days. Several of those days, she had Sandy as her nurse. We have had excellent care at Wilson and all nurses are great, but Sandy stands out above all. Sandy went above and beyond her duties as a nurse. The care and skill that Sandy bless us with will never be forgotten."
"Sandy was very attentive. Sandy answered all of our questions and took the technical stuff down to where we could understand and comprehend what was going on with her. Sandy has patience of a saint. She was polite and never once made us feel uncomfortable. Actually, Sandy made me feel like she was family caring for my loved one. Sandy not only took care of my loved one, but also me! Sandy was very busy and had her hands full, but she never hurried us. She always made us feel that we were her only patient/room that she had every day she took care of my partner. My partner and I have been in many hospitals and have received very good care from each one; Wilson Health's Wilson Memorial Hospital and Sandy stand out above all. When someone like Sandy comes along they deserve special attention. Sandy deserves the DAISY Award in every way!"
