Pay Program

  • 10% shift differential

Sick Leave Program

  • Full time employees earn up to five days (40 hours) of sick leave a year to a maximum accrual of 20 days (160 hours)
  • Part time employees accumulate based on the number of hours worked each pay period to a maximum of 80 hours.

Insurance Program

  • Medical: 100% coverage for medical services rendered at Wilson Health after a $500 deductible is met

Managed Time Off (MTO) Program

  • 0-5 years of service: earn 144 hours per year
  • 5-12 years of service: earn 184 hours per year
  • 12 + years of service: earn 224 hours per year
  • Part time employees: accrue based on the number of hours worked per pay period

  • Employer contribution of 4.5% (8.8% when earnings exceed $50,000)
